Heated Power Flow

Our Power Yoga classes in Oceanside, CA, are designed to build strength and flexibility.

This dynamic, heat infused practice (set to 90 degrees) focuses on asana (postures), meditation, and self-inquiry. Designed to challenge both body and mind, it focuses on breath-to-movement flow and physical alignment, making it accessible for practitioners of all levels.

Modifications and props will be offered throughout to support your practice, whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner.

Come prepared to work hard, explore your limits, and deepen your self-awareness. Take breaks as needed, and remember, this practice is about progress, not perfection.

What to bring: mat, water, and towel.

Heated Vinyasa Flow

This 60 minute vinyasa flow is for all levels. The room will be heated 90-95 degrees. We will guide you through your practice linking poses with breath in a creative flowing sequence. This style of yoga is both challenging and invigorating. Heated Vinyasa Flow is a slower tempo moving meditation that will allow you to use breath to movement, while calming the mind.

This is an all levels class. Modifications and props will be offered and you are welcome to take as many breaks as you need.

You will need your mat, towel, and water.

Non-Heated Gentle Flow

Our non-heated Gentle Flow Vinyasa offers a soothing accessible practice for students of all levels. This slower-paced class focuses on linking breath with movement, encouraging a balance between strength, flexibility, and relaxation. This is ideal for beginners, 55+, or anyone seeking a more relaxed and nurturing yoga experience. You will need your mat, towel and water. Modifications will be offered and you can take as many breaks as you need.

Vin & Yin (non-heated)

Our Vin & Yin is a 60 minute non-heated class that begins with an energizing Vinyasa Flow linking breath to movement building strength, flexibility and balance. The second half transitions into the calm practice of Yin Yoga, where poses are held longer to target deep tissue, enhance joint mobility and release tension. This class is for all levels, modifications and props are offered. This class will leave your feeling rejuvenated and restored.

You will need a yoga mat, towel, and water.

Restorative Yoga (non-heated)

Restorative Yoga is a healing practice that focuses on calming the nervous system, relieving tension, and promoting overall well-being. The room is not heated. You will be led through a series of fully supported, longer-held poses using props to provide comfort and support. We will have props for your use and you are welcome to bring your own. You will need your mat, blanket or towel, and water.

Community Yoga- Beginners Vinyasa

This class will be offered for the community to join and experience what yoga has to offer. This class is designed for newcomers and those refining their practice. In a comfortably non-heated space, you’ll flow through foundational poses that emphasize breath, alignment, and mindful movement. We want to share this wonderful practice with everyone to find balance on and off of the mat. You will need a yoga mat, towel, and water.

Beginners Yoga 101: 6 week Series

Our 6 week Beginner Yoga 101 series, is specially designed for those who are new to yoga or looking to revisit the fundamentals. This series offers a welcoming, safe space where you can explore the basics of yoga alongside a supportive group of like-minded students. By the end of this series, you'll have the skills and confidence to practice our power class, or join any class knowing the basic poses, modifications, and how to integrate props into your practice. This is the perfect opportunity to begin your yoga journey to be confident and emPowered on your mat!

4th Sunday Yin and Sound Bath

Join us for a deeply restorative Yin Yoga class, enhanced by the soothing vibrations of sound healing. This practice will guide you through a series of long-held, passive poses that encourage deep stretching and release tension in both the body and mind. Each posture is held for several minutes, allowing the body to soften and open. The class is designed to promote relaxation, flexibility, and mindfulness.This class is suitable for all levels, and no prior experience in yoga is necessary. It’s perfect for those looking to release stress, rejuvenate their body, and experience a profound sense of calm and balance. Whether you are seeking to deepen your yoga practice or simply unwind, this class offers a nurturing environment to relax and heal.

Heated Slow Flow

This class offer playful sequences weaved into intentional slow flows. Its slower tempo paired with the complete range of poses (asanas) make it both a challenging and grounding practice suitable for all levels. Set in our infrared-heated studio at 90 degrees, this class combines the benefits of warmth with a fluid, accessible flow designed to enhance flexibility, balance, and relaxation. Expect a soothing, meditative atmosphere to ease stress and restore balance. You will need water, mat, and towel.

Warm Vinyasa Flow

This 60 minute vinyasa flow is for all levels. The room will be warmed to 80-85 degrees. We will guide you through your practice linking poses with breath in a creative flowing sequence. This class blends the energizing flow of heated Power Yoga with the calming stillness of Restorative Yoga. It begins with an all levels dynamic, strength building sequence to build vitality. Then, transition into deeply supported restorative poses to release tension and calm the nervous system. This is a perfect balance of movement and relaxation leaving you empowered and refreshed.

New Class ** 🔥 Mat Power Pilates

Ignite your core and elevate your strength in this Pilates-inspired class taught in our infrared heated studio. Using Joseph Pilates' principles, you'll flow through controlled, intentional movements that target your core, glutes, legs and upper body while improving posture flexibility, and balance. Props such as rings, bands, and balls add variety and challenge. (Allowing for you to control the level of intensity). Compliments yoga with functional training and builds deep core strength.

Heat level: Infrared heat 90-95

Level: All levels welcome- modifications provided.

Candlelight Vinyasa

Candlelight Vinyasa combines the soothing ambiance of candlelight with the soft warm flow of vinyasa. The setting creates a peaceful atmosphere allowing you to unwind and connect your breath and body. The room is a warm 80 degrees, non-heated space.
