Warm Flow and Restore

This balanced class blends mindful movement with deep rest. A warm 85 degree, Restorative Flow begins with a breath-led vinyasa to warm the body and release built-up tension. From there, we ease into longer-held restorative postures to soften tight muscles and calm the nervous system.

We close with a soothing sound bath to help you fully unwind and reset.

Perfect for relieving stress, improving mobility, and nurturing both body and mind — this class offers the best of movement and stillness in one supportive practice.
