Heated Slow Flow is a dynamic, breath-centered practice that combines creative sequencing with a more deliberate approach to movement.
Postures are often held longer, giving you time to explore alignment, build strength and stability, and become more aware of how each pose feels in your body. Thoughtful transitions connect the practice while allowing space to move with intention.
Practiced in our infrared-heated studio at 93–96°F, this class offers the intensity of heat without requiring a fast pace. Each instructor brings their own sequencing and style to the practice.
Open to all levels, with modifications and options offered throughout.
Bring a yoga mat, towel, and water.
