This 60 minute Non-Heated Vinyasa Flow is for all levels. We will guide you through your practice linking poses with breath in a creative flowing sequence. This style of yoga is both challenging and invigorating. Vinyasa Flow is a moving meditation that will allow you to use breath to movement, while calming the mind.
Modifications and props will be offered and you are welcome to take as many breaks as you need.
You will need your mat, towel, and water.
