Week 1: Introduction to Movement with Breath (assessment of flexibility)
Week 2: Introduction to Sun Salutation A
Week 3: Introduction to Sun Salutation B
Week 4: Introduction to Standing and Balancing Poses
Week 5: Introduction to Spine Strengthening & Stretch
Week 6: Repeat and complete a full practice
