Restorative Yoga (non-heated)

Restorative Yoga is a healing practice that focuses on calming the nervous system, relieving tension, and promoting overall well-being. The room is not heated. You will be led through a series of fully supported, longer-held poses using props to provide comfort and support. We will have props for your use and you are welcome to bring your own. You will need your mat, blanket or towel, and water.
