Vin & Yin (non-heated)

Our Vin & Yin is a 60 minute non-heated class that begins with an energizing Vinyasa Flow linking breath to movement building strength, flexibility and balance. The second half transitions into the calm practice of Yin Yoga, where poses are held longer to target deep tissue, enhance joint mobility and release tension. This class is for all levels, modifications and props are offered. This class will leave your feeling rejuvenated and restored.

You will need a yoga mat, towel, and water.
