Warm Vinyasa Flow

This 60 minute vinyasa flow is for all levels. The room will be warmed to 80-85 degrees. We will guide you through your practice linking poses with breath in a creative flowing sequence. This style of yoga is both challenging and invigorating. Heated Vinyasa Flow is a slower tempo moving meditation that will allow you to use breath to movement, while calming the mind.

This is an all levels class. Modifications and props will be offered and you are welcome to take as many breaks as you need.

You will need your mat, towel, and water.
