Kelley’s journey with yoga began in 2002, but it wasn't until 2008—when diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis—that she found herself truly committing to yoga's therapeutic benefits. Through a consistent practice, Kelley experienced firsthand how yoga could ease joint pain, improve mobility, strengthen muscles, and provide lasting mental clarity. Today, Kelley is stronger than ever, both mentally and physically, and she’s passionate about helping others feel empowered in their own journeys.

Certified as a 500 RYT in Power Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, and Gentle Yoga, Kelley brings an accessible yet challenging approach to each class. Her teaching emphasizes body control, stability, strength-building movements, and mindful breathing. Kelley invites students to connect deeply with their bodies, explore their edges, and cultivate resilience through strong movements and long holds. With her guidance, each class is a safe, non-judgmental space where students can achieve their fullest potential.
