Our Power Yoga classes in Oceanside, CA, are designed to build strength and flexibility.
This dynamic, heat infused practice (set to 90 degrees) focuses on asana (postures), meditation, and self-inquiry. Designed to challenge both body and mind, it focuses on breath-to-movement flow and physical alignment, making it accessible for practitioners of all levels.
Modifications and props will be offered throughout to support your practice, whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner.
Come prepared to work hard, explore your limits, and deepen your self-awareness. Take breaks as needed, and remember, this practice is about progress, not perfection.
