
Restorative Yoga is a healing practice that focuses on calming the nervous system, relieving tension, and promoting overall well-being. The room is not heated. You will be led through a series of fully supported, longer-held poses using props to provide comfort and support. We will have props for your use and you are welcome to bring your own.
We close with a soothing sound bath to help you unwind and prepare for restful sleep.
You will need your mat, blanket or towel, and water.
