New Class ** 🔥 Mat Power Pilates

Ignite your core and elevate your strength in this classic pilates inspired class. You'll flow through controlled, intentional movements that target your core and glutes, while increasing strength, flexibility, and balance.

Props such as rings, bands, and balls add variety and challenge. (Allowing for you to control the level of intensity).

Heat level: Infrared heat 85-90

Level: All levels of fitness welcome. (modifications offered).
